Pond Pictures

We would like to have more pond pictures. So we would be pleased if you send us pictures of your pond.

Picture form

• A 1MB jpg is a very good size.
• If what you have is smaller, don't enlarge it.
• If what you have is larger, reducing to about 1MB is fine, but straight from your camera is also ok.

Picture content

• Pretty ponds are nice.
• Interesting ponds are nice.
• Breeding ponds are nice.
• Laboratory ponds are nice.
• Ponds under construction are nice.
• Ponds are nice.

Text

• It's best to have captions for specific pictures (but not in the file names).
• An overall description of the pond in addition is good.

Picture file names

• Simple file names are good. File names generated by most cameras are fine.
• File names should be unique.
• Don't use the file name for descriptions or captions.
• Avoid spaces and special characters. Letters and numbers are fine.

• Contact me, and I'll tell you where to send them. Sorry to seem paranoid, but email addresses on websites are food for spammers.
